Shipping Policy
All KnitKa orders ship from Ontario, Canada. Every item is carefully packaged by hand to ensure it arrives safely.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location using Canada Post rates. We ship within Canada, to the United States, and internationally.
Processing Time
Orders are typically shipped within 1-3 business days. During busy periods it may take a little longer – I will always keep you updated.
Tracking
A tracking number is provided with every order so you can follow your package on its way to you.
All Sales Are Final
Because every KnitKa piece is handmade and one-of-a-kind, all sales are final. I do not accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours and I will do my best to make it right.
